









Fusion Fitness is a 60 minute multilevel class that blends exercises to improve overall body strength, flexibility and balance. It sculpts and lengthens your body with a depth of training that fuses fitness, Pilates and Hatha Yoga into a total body experience.
Many forms of exercise strengthen and lengthen our muscles. A fusion of these styles is most beneficial to our muscular development. Fusion Fitness is gentle on your joints yet challenging for your muscles; working the body from the inside out through an easy progression toward greater strength and flexibility.
A combination of movement and exercises originating from Pilates and Hatha Yoga provides an overall body workout. Classes are held in a personal environment allowing for individual attention and instruction.
Nia is a 60 minute class that combines kick-box, dance and yoga set to upbeat music for an all around cardiovascular workout. Unleash your inner "fun", burn calories and smile your way to a new body shape and attitude.
Cardio-Fusion is a 60 minute class that combines it all increasing your heart rate, stretching and strengthening your muscles and core. Challenging yoga poses are linked together to build heat and elevate the heart rate, burning more calories and strengthening the body. Come in for a challenge once a week and ENJOY!
